Q2. How to assemble products?
We will provide instruction book or a video to show you how to assemble products.

Q3. Are samples available? 
Yes, samples are available at any time. We will send you a sample to check the quality after all information you provided for us, but you need to pay for shipping fee. We also charge sample fee but will return part of fee during the bulk order. 

Q4. Where is your company and how can I visit it?
Our company is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. It takes about one hour from Guangzhou or Shenzhen by car. Please make us a call and we will pick you up soon. We are warmly welcome you to visit our company. 

Q5. How does your company do regarding quality control?
Quality is priority. We have professional team to strictly control quality during every process. We will double inspect the quality before packaging and sending the product.

Q6. What's your payment term?
30% T/T is made in advance, and 70% balance is made by T/T before delivery.
